WE ARE EXPERTS IN ROBOTIZATION

For over 30 years we have specialized in designing, manufacturing, and implementing high-class automated and robot-based palletization, de-palletization, and packing lines.

Within our specialization, we manufacture a number of devices being the equipment of our production lines: grippers for robots, picking and packing systems, systems which prepare packages for palletizing and packaging, automatic pallet feeders and divider containers, smart transport systems, self-propelled AGV vehicles. We have also been developing software for the lines, and control systems.

The palletization, de-palletization, and collective packing systems we design are customized in each case. They are created on the basis of the client's fully analyzed needs, taking into consideration the specific nature of their production and development plans. It is, among others, a construction - design studio where devices are being designed and their operation tested in virtual reality:

1991 Two young engineers – the present owners of the company – establish a company specializing in automation and computer science. The company rapidly develops their offer which includes electronic weighing devices, packing machines with PLC control, and modern computer software.

The company receives the name Wikpol Sp. z o.o
Wikpol is one of the top Polish businesses which offer complex solutions for electronic weight measurement combined with computer control and data collection and processing systems.

Wikpol introduces further innovative products:
● automatic packaging machines for big - bags and automatic dosing machines
● electronic scales
The company develops new computer systems:
● microWAG – cooperates with electronic automotive scales
● packaging controlling software

Wikpol implements a dedicated product for sugar refineries – automated weighing and determining the share of contamination in raw material testing lines. The company implements projects for Kętrzyn Sugar Refinery: a reconstruction of the sugar packing room and a modernization of the raw material collection department. They become a showcase of Wikpol's technical capabilities.

Wikpol adjusts their products to the provisions of the common EU market, and updates the certificates and type approvals for the devices manufactured.

Wikpol implements the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System (currently, ISO9001:2015), and SyZaP – an original ERP-class program. The company introduces raw material evaluation laboratories to the market, and complete raw material testing lines, which are to be installed in the largest sugar refineries and potato industry plants.

Wikpol moves to a new seat with modern facilities.
The company creates innovative solutions for logistics and raw materials collection management systems.

Wikpol enters the field of robotization, particularly palletization, de-palletization, and collective packaging. The company is based on cooperation with FANUC Robotics and Kawasaki.
The Company makes its first robot-based palletizing line.

Wikpol expands its technical facilities using EU aid financial resources:
● robotics research and development laboratory to test applications
● grippers manufacturing center.

Wikpol performs important projects related to the robotization of palletization, de-palletization, and collective packaging processes.
The company receives the Systemic Partner Certificate in the field of robotized packing and robot-based palletization, granted by FANUC Robotics. Today Wikpol is the only enterprise in Poland with this title.

Wikpol receives for the first time the award of Forbes for dynamically developing companies.
The employment exceeds 50 persons, and the share capital is PLN 1,000,000.

Wikpol celebrates its 20th anniversary and rapidly develops robotic products.

Wikpol experiences dynamic development:
● increases the client portfolio, among which the share of international corporations increases
● participates in domestic and foreign fairs

The company initiates the Academy of Robotization – a periodic marketing event organized for the existing and prospective clients.
The company wins further awards: Responsible Employer, Business Cheetah, and takes the 2nd place in the ranking Wings of Business in the 2015 small business category.

Wikpol continues their cooperation with the Lublin Technical University
The company introduces the Jira project management system
The company joins the Lublin Land of Mechatronics Cluster.

Wikpol celebrates its 25th birthday. The company is a leader in the field of the robotization of palletization, de-palletization, and collective packaging processes on the Polish market.
The company runs numerous investment projects based on the EU funds, including an expansion of the seat and replacement of the infrastructure.

Wikpol completes the expansion of the seat through which it doubles its production capacity and modernizes the designing workshops.

Wikpol's new product is created – an AGV transportation vehicle.
Wikpol celebrates its 30th anniversary and upgrades the products in terms of:
● the software, including integration with ERP systems
● virtual line testing
