Our offer
Our offer
Wikpol’s offer includes solutions verified in various manufacturing conditions
Compact cells
Compact cells are universal solutions. They are designed both for companies that are looking for small palletizing stations, as well as for plants, which plan a gradual expansion of their palletization area based on adding subsequent positions to an integrated system.
The cells may be deployed at a plant quickly and at possibly low costs of the investment projects.
They are designed for palletizing products of different formats and different weights, at a minimized re-fitting time. A single robot may place goods on several palletizing stations, or perform additional jobs: feed several types of pallets and dividers. A simplified version is also offered, the so-called microcell.
In the case of a gradual expansion of the robotization process, each subsequent cell is smoothly incorporated into the production system at the facility, what will substantially increase its manufacturing capacities.
Central palletization systems
These are technically advanced, fully automated, extended lines, designed for large plants which make broad ranges of products. The central palletization systems include more than ten (or more) palletizing robot cells, transport routes which automatically sort the products, auxiliary robot stations (preparing the pallets, applying corners), and a fleet of AGVs. A single robot palletizes simultaneously several different products, which it acquires from the central route in accordance with the current production plan. Advanced controlling software works in real time, and the communication system is wireless. The systems achieve a high capacity.
De-palletization lines
The de-palletization lines are used in the course of different production processes. Their broad scope of applications results in the fact that the lines may employ different types of robots (industrial, SCARA, Cartezian type). These robots are equipped with specialized grippers that ensure the ability to move elements of varying features. The instrumentation of the heads with sensors and vision systems increases the speed and accuracy of the systems. The modern control systems make it possible to clearly visualize the line’s operation and to operate them easily. The lines cooperate with third party systems. They significantly help increase the capacity and reduce the operational costs.
Package mixing lines
The lines mix any types of packages on pallets. They include three areas: a de-palletization station for homogenous products, a multipack mixing station, and a palletizing station for mixed layers. The lines also include routes with accumulation conveyors for product buffering. The de-palletizing robots are equipped with specialized grippers adapted to the type of the packages being mixed. The structure of the heads makes it possible to simultaneously move the pallets and dividers, and put them in stacks upon the de-palletization. An intuitive interface of the control panel helps program the mixing templates easily from the level of the operator’s panel ‒ the range of the configurable templates is broad. The lines are fully automated, and can perform additional jobs adapted to the individual needs of our customers. They achieve a high capacity and repeatability.
Customized lines
Palletization lines are being designed for the specific needs of customers with the option of expanding. The palletizing robots are equipped with specialized grippers to move different types of products. A single robot is able to palletize several product ranges at the same time. The range of the works implemented within the line may be extended by activities related to collective packaging, quality inspection, labelling, applying corners, feeding pallets and dividers, foil wrapping, close transport. The data is exchanged with third party systems with full security. A modern control system makes it possible to clearly visualize the line’s operation and to operate it easily. The equipment refits itself automatically. The lines are highly efficient, flexible, and reliable.

IN WHAT SITUATIONS
DO THE ROBOTIZED PALLETIZATION SYSTEMS WORK BEST?
LINE SOFTWARE
WE IMPROVE YOUR PRODUCTION
The IT programs and control systems installed in our robotized palletization and collective packaging lines combine all the devices into an efficient process line, and guarantee online data exchange within the plant’s information circulation system. These programs offer many functions which help operate the machines and/or make it possible to analyze the working parameters of the devices, among others tracking the completion level of the tasks, monitoring remotely the efficiency and visualizing remotely the operation of the line.
Individual approach
The app is customized for each user. We modify it in a way, which possibly best relates to the processes at the given plant, and grants the client a safe range of freedom, e.g. makes it possible to independently program selected functions.
The software helps implement the assumptions of the smart factory concept, since it serves as a connector between the elements of the line and third party systems.
