Product:

The project includes two palletization lines for cardboard packages with chocolate products.

  1. The palletization of three different designations at the same time at three different stations
  2. Three pallet types
  3. A paper spacer made from anti-slippery paper which is cut off automatically from a roll with length adjustment option
  4. Automatic system for labelling pallets from three sides
  5. Automatic pallet wrapper
  6. Cooperation with SAP system
  7. Monitoring system.

Capacity:

The total capacity of the line: 50 cardboard boxes per minute.

Robot station:

Key components of the line:

  • a cardboard box transporting system
  • cardboard box picking and packing modules
  • a FANUC Robotics industrial robot with a head for palletizing cardboard boxes from three production lines
  • an empty pallet releasing system
  • a transport route for loaded pallets
  • a label applicator
  • an automatic pallet wrapping machine
  • the palletizing line's safety and control system.

Software:

The line's operation is visualized and supervised by a computer system from Wikpol Sp. z o.o., which makes it possible, among others, to configure, report, backup the data, and cooperate on-line with the central production management system.
