Product:

  1. The palletization of cardboard boxes filled with bags with infusion fluid, being delivered to the palletizing line from two independent production lines.
  2. Qualifications required: DQ, IQ, OQ.
  3. The control system integrates all the devices of the line, ensuring the configuration and the remote recording of operational parameters, and access to particular software levels. The control system is equipped with an access authorisation system, as well as an electronic table which presents the package data.
  4. A line is equipped with a real time OEE system,
  5. Leaflets put into empty cardboard boxes, after verifying their conformity, additionally the presence of a leaflet inside the box verified electronically.
  6. Gluing the cardboard boxes, additionally verifying the correctness of the gluing.
  7. Wrapping the pallets.
  8. Labelling the pallets.

Capacity: 35 cardboard boxes/min.

Robot station:

The line has been constructed based on an industrial robot type M410iB from FANUC Robotics, equipped with a special gripper.

Additionally, the line includes the following elements:

  • a system of roller and belt conveyors, straight, turning, and lifting type for transporting cardboard boxes on one and on two levels,
  • leaflets inserters,
  • control scales,
  • cardboard boxes picking and packing modules,
  • cardboard boxes labelling systems,
  • a pallet magazine with automatic feeding,
  • a conveyor module for pallets,
  • an automatic pallet wrapper,
  • a pallet labelling system,
  • control systems at different stages of the line's operation,
  • a control system,
  • safety systems.
