PALLETIZING AND PACKAGING LINES ARE CUSTOMIZED FOR THE NEEDS

OPTIMAL PROJECT

The correct identification of the needs is crucial in creating an optimum solution – such that meets all the client’s expectations within acceptable costs. For this reason, at the first stage of the cooperation, Wikpol’s specialists perform a complex analysis of the goals and conditions of the project, including:

  • the characteristics of the product and the production processes
  • the flow of materials and elements
  • the size of the site available
  • the requirements to be met by the line in 5, 10 years
  • the processes running upstream and downstream the position of the robot

Based on the information collected, an image of the investment project is created, which covers the following aspects: technical, economic, organizational, ergonomic, related to OHS, data exchange aspects etc.

One necessary tool in this phase are digital models. Thanks to them, Wikpol’s design team effectively verifies the assumptions and optimizes the concept being created.

Knowing the client’s needs – the current and the future ones – we may advise our partners in choosing the most effective solutions for the project.

COMPREHENSIVE TESTING

The solutions developed by the design team are tested on several levels.
1. Virtual tests
They include simulating the operation of particular devices, and of the system as a whole. We focus mostly on the capacity, service life (reliability) of the devices, on eliminating possible collisions and on the correctness of the software’s operation. After this stage, we are sure that the design is optimized for the client’s needs.
2. Production and FAT Tests
In the production phase, we test the devices developed, the operation of the automation and electric systems, and the capacity of the entire line. The last step is FAT, which will finally confirm the quality of the final product.

CARING FOR THE CLIENT

This includes various cooperation levels:

  • The full implementation of the palletizing and packaging line at the plant
  • Training of the employees responsible for the operation of the line
  • Warranty and post-warranty service
  • Remote monitoring of the line

We pay a lot of attention to the after-sale service. Its level affects how the line is being operated by the user and thus it affects the service life and reliability of the devices.
