The objective of laboratory tests is to check and confirm that the manufactured devices meet specific quality, performance and safety requirements. They include the following tests:
Here at Wikpol, tests are carried out in various phases of completion of palletizing and collective packaging lines. They serve both to verify individual solutions, e.g. elements of devices, robots equipped with grippers, as well as entire lines. Comprehensive tests are carried out after completing the assembly of automation elements and control modules and uploading the complete set of software packages.
It is also at the testing stage, that Wikpol uses its proprietary specialized IT tools. An example thereof is the mobile application that improves the testing of control cabinets.
The last phase are the factory acceptance tests (FATs) carried out with the participation of customers. Their purpose is to confirm compliance with established specifications and customer requirements. These tests shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures agreed within the framework of the cooperation agreements.
