Wikpol has finished a large scale expansion of their headquarters. The investment project included the construction of a new office building, a new production hall, and also repairing the existing: production and office buildings. As part of the expansion, the parking lot surface area and the road infrastructure within the company’s area were also enlarged.
The construction works involved a modernization of the machine stock. The company increased the number of their CNC machines, and also invested in specialized devices and equipment for the production halls, including high-class filter – ventilation units, which significantly improve the occupational comfort and safety. The designing workshops and the R&D laboratory were also upgraded, among others by installing state of the art computer hardware.
In the new production hall, a large show-room is currently being created, in which customers will be able to perform FAT acceptance procedures, and guests who visit the company – to see the devices and lines offered by Wikpol. This is not the only solution prepared for the business partners. The conference surface area was also enlarged, which is now an attractive base for meetings and training courses being organized by the company, including the annual Academy of Robotization events.
As a result of the expansion, Wikpol has increased their production capacity more than twice, which will help the company quickly complete their plans of extending their product offer by intelligent logistic systems, and extensive palletizing lines.
The formal opening of the new seat, prepared for the employees and their accompanying persons, highlighted the completion of the investment project. The invited guests could see the facilities to be put into operation, and also familiarize with the company’s capacity and the directions of its development. There was also entertainment and great fun at the banquet.
