Wikpol is involved in a partnership project within the “CSR Manager. Sustainable Development and ESG” postgraduate program conducted by Collegium Civitas and CSR Info.
The project involves developing an ESG strategy for selected companies that express a willingness to actively participate in this endeavor. The strategic planning is undertaken by postgraduate participants as part of their final year work.
Wikpol’s role, as specified, is to provide participants with a comprehensive range of information on the company’s environmental, social, and governance areas. This knowledge enables them to create a thorough study on sustainable development and ESG. The resulting document serves as a draft strategy, which Wikpol subsequently reviews.
Two groups of postgraduate participants prepared ESG strategies for Wikpol independently. They gathered extensive information to analyze the industry, new EU regulations related to ESG, and Wikpol’s current practices and standards in this area. They also conducted stakeholder and capital mapping and analyzed the significance of ESG topics. The completed document was submitted to the company for consultation.
