Palletization of sealed foil bags with a weight of 15 kg and 25 kg at a capacity of 550 bags/h.
The system delivered by Wikpol Sp. z o.o. also includes an automated device for filling big-bags with wood pellets.
The line consists of the following elements:
a belt conveyor which shapes the bags,
a buffering belt conveyor with a module for stopping the bags,
a belt conveyor which separates the bags,
a roller conveyor, from which the robot picks up the bags,
a FANUC Robotics type M410iB palletizing robot equipped with a gripper which picks up the bags and empty pallets
a pallet magazine,
a pallets conveyor system,
an automatic pallet wrapper,
a palletizing station safety system and a control system.
