Our company has designed and made a line consisting of the following elements:
a belt conveyor module for bags,
a dynamic control scale type EWK-30,
a bag forming conveyor,
a station with a palletizing FANUC Robotics M410iB robot with a head designed to move bags (2 bags per cycle), empty pallets and spacers, and to place the bags the weight of which exceeds the tolerance to a side roller conveyor,
an automatic module for placing a foil divider at the bottom of pallets,
a container for empty pallets,
a container for paper dividers,
a conveyor module for full pallets,
barriers and a safety system,
a control system.
The line is equipped with a system for recording the palletizing process, visualizing the station operation on the panel computer, and monitoring the work of the packaging line.
