Continuous skills development
Since 2003, we have been governed by the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System standards. At the moment, EN ISO 9001:2015, within the certification by TÜV NORD.
What was of important help in optimizing Wikpol’s work, also in terms of quality, is the integrated ERP class management system, implemented in 1999 and since then constantly developed and expanded with new modules and functionalities.
Since 2015 the Company has been introducing another project related to the issue of quality, aimed at effective production management – Lean Manufacturing.
The ISO certificate covers all Wikpol’s activities, i.e. design, production and service. The company is re-certified every three years, and audited annually. The quality log is kept in electronic form.
