Big-bag fillers

Wikpol Sp. z o.o. provides automatic filling machines for big bags (FIBC) with either single or quadruple lifting loops. 

Filling machines for big bags can be automated to various degrees, depending on your needs. Each machine can be fitted with any of the following functionalities:

  • automatic detachment of lifting loops,
  • automatic holding of filling sleeves,
  • automatic feeding of empty pallets,
  • automatic collection of full sacks and transporting them to any distance.

  • Pneumatic accessories by FESTO,
  • Feeding track or complete machine made of stainless steel,
  • EC-Type Approval (compliance with Directive 90/384/EEC).

The characteristics of EWN-BB-type machines:

  • Normal weighing range: 200 kg ÷ 1100 kg (possible extension of the weighing range on request),
  • two-stage sack filling (primary and weigh-in feed),
  • Weighing system based on four weighing load cell,
  • Optionally: sack pre-forming (air injection),
  • Installation for connecting to a dust-removal system.
